At SHAR Luxury, we are committed to providing fast, efficient, and reliable delivery across India. We aim to dispatch and deliver your luxury cosmetics and fragrances within 7–14 working days.

Shipping Details:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹100 will apply to all prepaid orders below ₹1000.
  • A minimum of 1 product must be purchased to qualify for delivery.
  • All prices listed are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes as per government regulations.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the estimated timeline, please reach out to us at info@sharluxury.com with your registered email ID and order number.

Where do you ship?
We offer shipping pan India across a wide range of pin codes. To check if delivery is available at your location, use the PIN code checker available on each product page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made to the shipping address once the order is placed.


Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations only before packaging and dispatch.
To cancel an order, please write to us at info@sharluxury.com within 12 hours of placing your order, mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation. Once the order has been packed and shipped, no cancellations can be processed.

Please note: Repeated cancellations by a customer may lead to blacklisting of the account from future purchases.

Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help. Please contact us at info@sharluxury.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a complaint, please provide:

  • A mandatory unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, you may return the product in its original sealed condition, with all labels intact. Upon verification, we will:

  • Arrange for a replacement
  • Reimburse return shipping charges
  • Dispatch the new product within 7–14 working days
