NO RETURN | NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases made on www.sharluxury.com are final. We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Authenticity Assurance: All items sold are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors or brand partners. We do not resell or restock returned items to maintain product authenticity.
  • Luxury Integrity: Our products are luxury-grade. Each item goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. Once sold, they are considered used and cannot be resold.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may offer a replacement or refund only under the following rare circumstances:

  1. Wrong Item Received: If you have received an incorrect item different from your order.
  2. Damaged Product: If the product is physically damaged during transit.
  3. Missing Items: If any item is missing from your confirmed order.

To qualify for an exception:

  • Raise a ticket within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@sharluxury.com with your Order ID and clear pictures/videos of the issue.
  • Our team will investigate and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Note: Approval for replacement or refund in such cases is at the sole discretion of SHAR Luxury after due verification.


Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin the processing immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
